I completed my graduate degree in Human Centered Design & Usability at the University of Washington, with a focus in user-centered design, research, and usability testing in 2011. Since then, I stay informed with the latest UX industry trends by participating in Puget Sound SIGCHI, HCI conferences, and local usability expert meetup events.
