With
over nine years in user experience, design, development,
consultation and project management, I bring innovation
and experience to my field. I'm an expert in problem solving to find creative technical
solutions to business objectives, and design solutions to
problems that balance the requirements of existing processes
and structures, while integrating scalability for future
use.
I believe that usability is the most important aspect of
any design. If your audience can't use your product, they
are only a heartbeat away from your competitor. I can help
you develop a product that focuses on the needs of your customer
and is clear and easy to navigate.
I completed my graduate degree in Human
Centered Design & Usability at the University
of Washington, with a focus in user-centered design,
research, and usability testing in 2011. Since then,
I stay informed with the latest UX industry trends by
participating in Puget Sound SIGCHI, HCI conferences, and local usability
expert meetup events. |
